Returns
You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us by email and let us know if you wish to return the goods. In response, we will send you instructions with a return form. You can also download the form yourself: Formularz zwrotu

The return of the product is carried out at your expense, we do not accept "cash on delivery" parcels.
The returned product cannot carry any traces of use - it must be delivered unchanged and sent in a manner that protects it from damage (tubes, boxes, fillings). If these conditions are not met, the return of the product may not be accepted.
If the goods have not been damaged and are in an intact condition - we will inform you of the positive outcome and make a refund up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal declaration.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.
We will refund your payment via the same route as your purchase.
If your return is refused (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will inform you and send the product back to you within 7 working days, covering the cost of postage.
Exchange
If the size does not fit you or you wish to exchange the goods for other reasons - place a new order. Send the product you wish to exchange back to us as a return. Detailed instructions can be found above.
Complaints
1. Damaged packaging
Before you collect your parcel from the courier, check that the packaging has not been damaged in transport. If the packaging shows signs of damage, do not accept the package and draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and then contact us.
The damage report should include: date, time of delivery and description of the damage. Checking the parcel on receipt is a prerequisite for any claims for loss or damage in transport.
2. The package is OK, but the product is defective
If the goods are factory defective or not corresponding with the description, please send us an e-mail with a description and a photo of the defective product at info@wallbeing.com. It may be that the photos will be sufficient grounds for a complaint.
Fill Formularz zgłoszenia reklamacji, describe in detail the reasons for the product complaint, the preferred form of compensation, as well as the return address.
If the photos do not provide sufficient grounds - send us the defective product and within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, we will inform you by e-mail about the outcome of the complaint procedure. If the complaint is accepted, within 7 working days of the decision, the defective product will be exchanged for another, full-quality product or we will refund you the price of the product.
If the complaint is found to be unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision made and will send you the complained product at our expense within 14 working days.
We will refund your payment using the same means of payment used in the original transaction.
