Ola Szmida
Ola is a cartoonist, illustrator and animation director. She studied Animation at the University of Arts in Poznań and the Kunsthochschule für Medien in Cologne (DAAD scholarship). Her main interest is drawing. Her work was greatly influenced by Donald Duck comics, which she has greedily read since early childhood. She has cooperated with, among others: BBC, Ermenegildo Zegna, Boiler Room, Southbank Centre, Rookie mag, Vice Magazine, Disney Poland. Her animated films and illustrations have been shown and awarded at many international exhibitions and festivals.
